2. Description of Service

Pictavelle is an AI-powered service that transforms user-uploaded photographs into artistic renditions in various curated styles. These transformed images can be ordered as physical prints (canvas wraps, framed prints, or posters) that are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners.

3. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading a photo to Pictavelle, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photo or have the legal right to use it for this purpose
• The photo does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• The photo does not contain illegal, obscene, or harmful content

You retain ownership of your original photos. By uploading, you grant Pictavelle a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and store your image solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.

4. AI-Generated Artwork

The artistic transformations are generated using artificial intelligence. Results may vary depending on the source photo, chosen style, and AI model capabilities. We do not guarantee that every transformation will meet your expectations. You may preview the result before purchasing.

You own the rights to the AI-generated artwork created from your photos for personal and commercial use.

5. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include the cost of the print product
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method
• Orders are considered final once submitted to our print fulfillment partner

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically produced within 3–7 business days and shipped via standard carriers. Delivery times vary by location. We provide tracking information via email once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any rights

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or abuse the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pictavelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
